My understanding is that there's some minor land acquisition to do (bureaucracy process) as part of the Stage 1 costs (e.g. the funding prvoided will secure this) and then a tree cutting permit (that can only be actioned once the land acquisition).
None of that is major (to my understanding) but more of a step in the process, so should be on track for mining to commence in the last quarter of this calendar year.
