    late May 2023 - RTG and the Villars enter into the MOU
    20 July 2023 - RTG signs the long form document with the Villars (E.g. final agreement)
    August 2023 - Operational focus launched with fortnightly meetings
    March 2024 - both RTG and the Villars agree on costings for Stage 1
    June 2024 - finance submissions to be closed
    July 2024 - finance submissions received on generous terms, now prepared to finalise

    Easily looks like production will start this year - price should go up to the 50s and 60s once that starts. And that's just based off this one project only!
