    Well said Mainholm. No doubt the debt funder will have access to a lot more of the fundamentals that VXL have kept from their shareholders as part of the DD process. So a decision one way or another for the full package will be a critical turning point as you say. Hopefully in the direction of up. A lot of confidence has been lost over the past month or so due to the delays in reaching production and lack of info on likelihood of being profitable in the near future. Its pretty easy to see the cash burn in the qtr reports is well above current cash holdings for the next qrt so understandably there are some jittery nerves out there. The new loan of $3m will cover things for one more qtr, but will it see a transition to a self-funding model for Phase 1? VXL themselves don't seem to be terribly keen to tell us the prognosis, and wonder why we don't keep on stumping up the funds to cover the ballooning expenses for that Phase. Only someone more informed is likely to take that risk.
