Interesting. Well quite clearly I'm no expert in technical analysis but I would have thought that the erratic price movements of small caps for very low volumes being traded would generally preclude any statistically reliable trends from emerging. Taking it to an extreme, recently I was looking at a stock that moved 8% on a single $100 trade. How you can identify trends from a stock like that I'm really not sure. Anyway each to his own, I'm more of a research, buy and hold kind of punter.
