At what point does the "information" contained within these announcements count as fraudulent? To answer my own question, I suppose it's when someone delivers proof to ASIC that LRS doesn't have concessions, permits or any intent to drill.
The only consolation is that Lind (formerly Springtree), as particularly rapacious loan shark, is going to get stung by this as well.
