it is very difficult to put emotion aside sometimes when the former landlords almost burnt the house down.
The best approach, is to take a step out. Think of this as where it is today, who is managing it. Has no connection to the former landlords.
Ask, if you would see the projects merit, the work done, the DFS approaching and if you think that will open doors.
So it comes to credibility, and catalyst.
Ask if the former management were the failure, or was it the projects ?
A good project needs a disciplined approach to stepping forward, that doesnt derail the money train in the process.
This is a turnaround story, and lining up to see what next after the DFS, come financing etc.
