Is it enough? I believe so, but I haven't made a specific inquiry. They generally haven't been well disposed to borrow, and I assume if more cash was required it would be a different kind of loan. As I understand it CHN is on the money in saying:
"Having the money to get it all done quickly is worth the cost of this finance.
Getting more gold out of the ground more quickly will produce a huge increase in income and profit.
The cost of this small bridging loan is peanuts compared to what it is facilitating.

If both plants are up and running next year, the company will make plenty of money and will not need any loans, whether inside or outside the boardroom.
