    $1.6 mill in the bank, hoping to obtain finance to not only buy out their majority partner but fund another $70 mill to complete the plant!!! Maybe his pedigree is brilliant but a capital raising or share placement is a given. Scary stuff how the share price exploded...dangerous teritory.
