Yep Cass, that's because they DIDN'T achieve ALL of the original 'Conditions Precedent' of the SFA.
The delays with the approvals have lead them to this 'hybrid' (or 'Claytons' - ie, "The drink you have when you're not having a drink", for all the 'youngens') Financial Close.
So 'SFA' is still quite appropriate......
Regardless, onwards and upwards as they say.....
I see they are still targeting FSOS by Q2FY27.....
Reading the following from yesterdays announcement, I actually had a chill down my spine....... "...the provision of a Cost to Complete Report," One only has to recall how long it took them to get the 'Base Case' costing done.........
