    Two things I notice:
    (1) There are some unspecified conditions subsequent for releasing the funds. Why aren't the details of those released? Surely if those conditions are not met then Sprott will want some concessions or another capital raise will be required.
    (2) Sprott managed to bend management over for another few million right at the end there!
