Just on this statement;
"In addition to the above and as a further measure of support, as announced on 12 February 2020, Sprott has subscribed for US$3.5 million in Emerald shares at the same issue price as the recent $75M placement on a post-consolidation basis. The placement to Sprott was approved by shareholders on 13 March 2020. "
Does this mean they bought $3.5 M dollars worth at 40 cents per share?
Why do they say at the same issue price as the recent 75M? Why don't they just put the price they paid in the announcement?
