It talks about how well the talks with the traditional owners are going, but also says it only applies to the current lease. Previous releases always seem to give the impression that these talks are about extending the arrangement.
Also, the last Financial Community presentation had some more specific timelines about the Deeps and the mill output. I think that some selling is happening because there is not going to be much good news until some definitive results come from the deeps. ie, ore finds, and mining.
