@hoofa always happy to read constructive criticism, but good to see you can see the green shoots in the last couple announcements. In my view it looks like the business is poised for growth and annual revenues of +20m don't seem that far fetched in the next 12mths+ especially with a few more decent contacts out of JCS Asia..!
Would've been circa 2016 or so (in my view) since JCS had this much potential, although I think this time they have the foundations in place to actually make it happen. Will be interesting to see if they can kick string together a couple more solid annoucements and whether this might lead to a bit more interest from past investors returning for a look?
I emailed the company a few months ago and they had mentioned there were plans for another webinar mid February, so hopefully the news flow continues, seems like they will have a bit more to talk through since the last webinar.
If it doesn't impact on commercial sensitivity, I'd be all for regular updates on decent contract wins for Riyo, Asia and the Australian business. Seemingly with the move to the more complex solution and the corresponding increase in contract sizes and invoice period length (out to 5years) contract wins become even more relevant, especially as a portion of existing revenue.
One possibly overlooked line in the update was relating to falling churn rates, which is a a fantastic reduction, and should be seen in improvements in profitability over the coming reporting periods as is basically an increase in revenue
"Pleasingly the Australian ERP Division achieved reduced levels of customer churn across its existing customer base with annualised ERP customer churn of 4.7% in 1HY2020 (half the level achieved in 1HY2019)."
