"In 2018, French group Unibail-Rodamco has completed the acquisition of Westfield. The take-over by Europe's biggest commercial property company creates a new company called Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) . ASX Participants are advised that a French Financial Transaction Tax (“Transfer Tax”) is payable on each purchase of CDIs (stocks) of Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (URW) that results in a transfer of ownership. The Transfer Tax is 0.3% of the proportion of the purchase price of the CDIs that is represented by the beneficial interest in Unibail-Rodamco shares. The Transfer Tax is payable in euros. ASX Participants who execute purchases of CDIs will have responsibility for calculating and paying the Transfer Tax. As the result of the above, we do not execute BUY TRADE for this stock anymore."
