    I went looking in the document for some positive angles but nothing jumped out at me.

    I did come across this though .... p1ss-poor effort from the board members, real snouts in the trough stuff imo. I accept that early life companies like Widgie will commonly use scrip rather than cash to reward directors and key employees. However if Widgie is such a good story I would have expected those in the know to buy at least some heads. But zilch from three of them and the very few the MD has are I think from him exercising some options. There is another table that shows that a fair chunk of those oppies are already in the money and even the most expensive options have an exercise price of 40 cents. The non-executive directors already are paid $55k pa for their trouble for attending 14 board meetings and on top of that they got a stack of options.

    Fun fact: Widgies was what female bodgies were called.
