I'm okay with this as long as they deliver.
Experienced management is a critical component of a projects success
An old saying is 'If you pay bananas then you get monkeys' I would prefer to have a high quality management then cutting costs on management and getting poor performers
As a shareholder I don't mind paying for a highly experienced management to be remunerated appropriately
