Perhaps I could have put the last sentence of the second paragraph onto the end of the first paragraph ... sorry for the confusion.

Just to clarify..... five weeks is probably too early to be wondering if General Lithium will make the required payment of $17m before 30th September as a lot can happen in five weeks.

However if there is no movement in 2-3 weeks time, then I will start to wonder if that deal will come to fruition, as there will only be 2-3 weeks left for the deal to be done.

If General Lithium don't fulfill their obligations, then given the amount of articles written about demand from China and the way KB speaks about it in interviews, I don't expect that there will be a problem as another company may seek to obtain an offtake agreement instead.

Hopefully that clarifies it for you.
