No need to worry just yet about this as there's still around five weeks to go before it's due. I have not read the Annual Report (tonight's task) but I would expect that there would be a note in the financial statements if the risk was more likely than not.
Given the amount of articles being written about the demand from China and the way KB speaks about it in interviews, I don't expect this will be a problem. However if there is no movement in 2-3 weeks time then I will start to wonder if it will come to fruition.
