Comment (the following is my opinion):
- The expected ramp up in Oct coincides with the lowering of iron in product
- Company is still trying to sell the off spec product
- They're lowering production of the off spec product because our clients don't want it
- Cutting costs by reducing processing activity using stock to try generate as much cash as possible
- CR as contingency, as early as possible due to weak market outlook
- Costs expected to go to $350/t after Mid Oct
