In fairness it’s all hypothetical until the drill brings back proof , so confidence is lacking for everyone right now . Any confidence in surface sampling should be seen as false confidence based on this .
I appreciate your long term optimism but with money low and permits not in place , I don’t feel overly confident of a maiden resource. The point of being a good time to buy is shrouded in uncertainty imo , why buy now before the permits and drill are in place , when you could wait bad see how this unfolds a little further... I think the SP depicts this sentiment currently.
On the other hand a gamble is a gamble and always based on at least 50% unknown, C’est la vie !
