Guys had a look at this and I think the issue driving the SP lower is funding. In the notes it says Pure require a minimum of 1.5 m cash to be retained as part of the CN conditions . the HY was as at the end of Dec so one would imagine a raising would need to be done at some stage over next 1-3 months to raise cash for operations/ development and to keep minimum cash levels or others have suggested asset divestment The pure loan costs 1.1 m a year in interest so not insignificant. I am a fosssil full bull and hold Comet and Yancoal . Ven does look good at these levels but need funding to be sorted before I invest
