I see 91.6k barrels oil was hedged for 9 months last year. They had no hedges in place from 31/3 through the 30/06
from Byron’s latest update it appears as though they will need to hedge 376k barrels over the next 24 months. For next 6 months looks like 123k oil or 675bopd will need to be hedged, over 12 months this will equate to 209k barrels oil or roughly 230% of last years hedging.
In short they are hedging significantly more oil compared to last year for a significantly longer period …..
