re: Ann: Financial Report for Year Ended 30 J... I note in the financial report that the damages claim has been quantified at $67M. Although that amount may not send the company bust it is going to be a big hit. With M&G no longer interested this stock unfortunatley looks set to continue downwards. The market cap seems way too high for all these concerns regardless of the possibility of whether a good deal on Crux can be achieved.

The risk / reward pay-off just does not seem to be there for my liking.
