Hard to say for sure, the SP has just gotten back to "pre-dump" levels, but then there were 0 trades on Monday, which would have rattled a few people as it looked like a reversal was imminent. I have to admit, I nearly let a few go myself hoping to accumulate a few more on the drop, but lost my nerve as a reasonably positive announcement could happen at any time and would give it a fairly good bump I reckon. 

The patent side of things complicates things a little for now, but I don't think it will be an insurmountable problem in the long run. I'd say good things are on the horizon, just not sure how far away the horizon is.
