I also wonder whether that (a project sale) could well be the best way to monetize Dorado within a timeline? There's nothing to stop them from running a pitch to see what interest they get. If they do (and I think it would be well in excess of the last raise price) then STO might well find itself trying to secure the project to farm out later when it finally decides it's ready to move development along. For the relatively small cost of pitching it, it might flush out a sufficient offer that a majority of holders might be happy to accept rather than get strung along indefinitely.
