Just remember this - (and I'm all for a cleaner world, but for every action there is a reaction) it is noted that the average POM will be paying 70 pounds per week for power which is around 50% of their pension amounts and a high percentage of the average wage. Now I know there are additional reasons for this - such as, Russia's aggression but that it not the only reason. People will die from the cold this winter in the UK due to these prices, not that the Tories care, they will stay warm. Energy providers are going arse up into bankruptcy at a staggering rate.

Also note, that an imminent geologist noted that for renewable power to reach the levels set by the Oz government that there will be a need to mine the minerals for solar, wind, battery etc at a, I believe, 2000 plus level than current extractions. He also noted that the levels required have not been discovered yet.

In short, the current transition to renewables is one mighty clusterfxxk driven by ideology from those who live by the premise "do as I say, not as I do" as they jump on their jets to fly around for Q&A whilst posting on social media charged by traditional resources and not drive their horse & cart to the studio in hessian bags/rags instead of the petroleum infused clothes.
