I used to get that sent out on email, but without notice, that stopped. Anyone else had that happened to them.
As for "update if a binding agreement is reached", it does sound like they are at the price negotiation stage. If that is true, then the price depression currently is probably the action of someone wanting to start the purchase at a low base price.
Well, no one is going to get mine at these current prices.
