You would think so, but I imagine the DOCA approval is to be based on the reports already presented by Woods et al. The ad hoc committee proposed the DOCA and Woods's reports seem to be based around supporting their case. It is laughable that he had a meeting with them to convince them to accept their own proposal. Woods has also indicated that any other submissions to the court should be submitted through KPMG. Why shouldn't they be submitted independently?
