A Yes or No from HK Ex could come quickly now and if a positive decision I would expect a new timetable this month with little time before ASX suspension and delisting and with confirmation of the underwriting of the issue at the same time as delisting.
This is still no certainty - the main worry for me has been our low present Market Cap even after the HK issue of 50mil shares - it probably would be one of the lowest to be listed on the Main Board of the HK Ex - so fingers still need to be crossed here.
I am much more confident of getting the Trial Mining permit for Faboliden this year and the Full Mining permit next year than getting the HK listing but it looks like this decision is imminent.
