i am surprised at the plan to make the full capital available to FSE immediately, unless there is a management restructuring planned, whereby FSE take control of the funds from Sekoko.
Im not sure how the notes will be converted , at which price per share etc, but obviously there will be dilution, necessitating a consolidation surely?
