Interesting to read that the PNG govt is pushing the pipline route to commercialise Stanley. m0ngy posted about this before. The PNG cabinet needs to have productive assets due to budget shortfall and will not wait for HZN to develop from the ground up, they insist on a shortcut via existing infrastructure. Likely they told partner Repsol the same thing.
