Ehh I agree on everything except your perception of the leadership. I think if anything that is part of the problem - the prior hemorrhaging and clear self interest. It's taken literal decades to get any traction - and they'd have been long dead without the Myer handout.
I think they are well overdue for a change at the helm. (in that i would consider it incredibly bullish news to get a fresh head in)
