Let's be clear, they did not plan to produce 1.2m tonnes, that is just the maximum they are able to produce when all the circumstances line up - including demand.
The results so far are underwhelming, but we already knew that. We also know that a lot of it has to do with inflationary issues. What we hope to see is improvement in the March quarterly, which could indicate that we may see a ramp up in sales (and therefore production) moving forward.
