Unfortunately the ASX is rite with company boards using the platform to simply finance their lifestyles, whilst not actually building the company they are paid to run. ASX is hopeless in enforcing anything, I mean, think about 50% of all announcement on a daily basis have the "price-sensitive" question incorrectly answered. ASX's duty is to ensure every announcement is correct. If ASX doesn't even know the definition of "price-sensitive" which is DOESN'T, how on earth can we hope for ASX to enforce badly run companies on the ASX?
