precisely why i say - offer from genius is inbound - makes no sense otherwise to strip business of any cash. Preserving dividend is of utmost importance to a business if it wants to raise money for future acquisition - otherwise the share price tanks (as it has).
These guys are not worried about it - they know genius are going to lob an offer soon which they would be recommending to be accepted.
you need to have a conscience to not be able to sleep at night because of your deeds.
I so wish that Busy bees launches a hostile takeover - genius would be so screwed if all shareholders except genius accepted their offer.
