The centres were cash deals, but not BS cash - funded by existing debt facilities, hence the rise in LT debt.
The recently acquired centres are sporting occupancy of 83%, so best in the group. Don't think the recent Genius acquisitions will be on the chopping block.
Having said that, I don't understand why Genius is selling centres to Mayfield when they seem to want to buy Mayfield.
