I actually just bought more at 0.73. Hope I'm not wrong but seems like oversold territory now. Was a bad report but with occupancy at 75+%, major reduction of expenses, it is still fundamentaly a good business.
i do expect another bid very shortly. Hopefully no more bad news until than (I think we good all the bad news possible in the last 12 month???).
i expect a bid in the range of 1.2-1.35 and wouldn't be surprised if there is another bidder.
