I'm more optimistic than not and have a pile of cash at the ready as soon as the news comes out (I wish they'd hurry up as the temptation to invest it elsewhere is getting stronger every day). Having said that nothing is certain, especially regarding govt. policy, hence my reluctance to buy more until after the announcement.
