You just made my point for me.
RHC have the ability to sell their assets (Property) and pay off the debt + have cash left to reinvest or distribute to holders.
That's exactly why there is so much latent value in RHC.
A property REIT cannot do that. They are constrained by the rent they can charge a tennant.
