The only way to fixed this is you need activist investor to force their hand else they run this thing into the ground.
Retail holder you are at the mercy of their egos
they got way too much debt and goodwills on their books, like you said they need to stop everything and stop the cash bleed
and spend the bare minimum to keep the business going until they wiggle themselves out of this problem.
