trouble is at what price though, KKR dodge the bullet with this one, they must be thanking management for refuse to sell them a dud business.
I can't see any suitor can buy this unless we back to zero rate environment.
PE can't use leverage to buy this business as there is nothing for them to salvage because the business itself carry a decent amount of debt and goodwill
