you got to be your own man and be able to decipher the balance sheet and the business model, a lot of commentator experts have fricken no idea
someone of the stuff I watched I don't know how they get to be on TV and spruik bullshit.
Learn to get into the details of the balance sheet, income statement and cash flow and you can clearly see what is happening to the business
ignore everything else everything you need to know is deep in those numbers
commentators only interest in telling a good story and most story end up became a nightmare rather than fairy tale.
commentators will tell you RHC story operates hospital and population get older and you need more of this stuff and it a guaranteed to make you money.
the number tell you the business is in decline for the last 4 years and likely to continue for a few more years yet, they operate more like a bad REIT with massive amount of debt rather a hospital
