The "Project Loan ( 5years 10%pa )" seems entirely unlikely, and AAU will need to be very smart not to become captive to Chinese equipment suppliers (and their financiers) and to the Concentrate Buyers (also Chinese).
But the numbers and size of operation are compelling, so AAU has something significant to work with to get to and past FID.
