my uncle who got me into investing and who was in real estate for years, said that when ever you travel somewhere in Aus grab a brochure from a real estate agent and claim you are on the trip looking for investment oppurtunitys in housing. He also said that if i had an investment in a company overseas same thing applies. dont know wether he is getting dementia or legit. he smoked and drank most his life so who knows hahah
