I sold 50% of SOL today in light of what is happening at TPG, just pure risk management for me than anything else decent chunk capital gain to be paid but risk management is part of my strategy and it came in play today and I have to manage it
TPG and Teoh are one of the same, he breath, eat, sleep, sweat and tear with that stuff, it is his baby for many decades and a sudden exit like this doesn't sit well with me despite a nice PR letters.
the guy is a visionary, see the decline in PC margin, move to telco, see decline in margin with NBN, he move to bluff Vodafone with his mobile strategy so he can build fix 5G wireless and killed NBN.
He meant to command and run the 5G wireless network now this it unfinished business and he is gone, too much risk I also doubt SOL will hold TPG if Teoh is not around, but they cant sell until July 2022 by then it may be too late and damage is done
but selling SOL is something I can manage and can do so I take step to do it.
