aged care ? come on....
look at how poorly Regis and Japara shareprices have done over past 5 years.
Japara share price down by 75% and ROE below 5%,
Regis down by over 50% ( was a 80% fall at end of 2020...)
Aged care is a heavily regulated and high cost sector and not the place to go looking for high investment returns.
Coal, agriculture, TPG / vodafone, aged care, come on SOL, surely you can do better !
I'll continue to watch from the sidelines until they do.
