On Nov 3rd I did post that you should be careful about the content of any whistleblowing. It is not advisable to post names when engaging in what would be seen as sensitive information IMO and I thought that at the time I read your post. Regardless I can say that the information you provided can all be found online anyway provided enough digging about MIL is done when conducting research. I now place a good deal of weight on the credentials of both the Board and the operating managers of any company I invest in and you will find that advice mentioned occasionally in posts on my other holdings too. The financials are obviously of greater weight but I wonder how many investors even consider the Board and Management makeup.
