one reason is because the company is considered relatively illiquid with such a large % of insider holdings, I think that would prevent many funds from getting involved.
Also even though it's great that David Dicker is so generous with no salary taken etc, he does dominate the company and there is considerable key man risk should something happen to him, touch wood.
But now at $500m+ Market Cap it would certainly be on the radar of many funds.
