I would think a 10% increase in divi's is a fair expectation allowing that the surprise increase can be at least partially maintained in the 2nd half, which I think is a also a fair expectation.
Allowing for the fact that pre-announcement the price was trading at below its 12 month average, A 10% increase in share price is also to be expected in the coming weeks/months which puts it at above $3.13, so sellers beware!!
