Maybe, but you also need to think in terms of net benefit. I assume the CEO has spent 10s of thousands on legal fees pursuing it to this point. I remember seeing reports Stead spent upwards of a million to go full trial, I think she also used very expensive defamation specialist silks. However, it not a stretch to think a lot of money was spent up to this point, not a million, but a lot.
